Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take

The front desk staff were really good-courteous and helpful. The hotel's lobby featured an excellent marble design.

The surrounding area lacks charm, limiting the overall appeal of the location. While the breakfast was substantial, the presentation could leave some wanting a more inviting experience.

It was inexpensive for what I needed it for

For being a supposed 5 star hotel the staff for the most part was rude and completely unhelpful. The room was nice and the food was excellent but it was almost an hour outside of Barcelona by train which was a complete bother. Very few of the staff spoke English. When I called from the train station and asked if the hotel had a shuttle they said "no, get a taxi" and hung up. All and all the experience has kicked Barcelona off my top ten places to see in it's entirety before I die.

The hotel's interior features a stylish bar area with indoor plants and ample natural light.

I found that the noise from the nearby main road was quite prominent, especially with the window open, making it difficult for light sleepers.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower. I faced some issues with breakfast on the last day, and the pillows were a bit too high for my preference. A pleasant experience with room for improvement.

The hotel was clean with particularly good and perfect location to Terrassa Ramble FGC station and new-fashioned rooms. The breakfast was enjoyable, there were fresh fresh fruit, pastries and cheese. Location: the venue was just off very good golf course, the airport other more interesting places like Montserat or Sant Cugat and Barcelona.

Breakfast confusion on the last day could be more transparent!!! Timings for bar food service need clearer communication!!! Why not have a designated dog area in the restaurant? It would attract more guests!!!

The restaurant here was particularly good at bar and restaurant, we both ordered fresh dishes. The stuff was pleasant plus the location was practical and perfect.

The room was spacious and had a fantastic shower. The beds were quite comfy, ensuring a restful night. I appreciated the friendly bartender who offered us snacks frequently.

Spacious room with stylish decor, comfy bed, and a fantastic shower. Room had air conditioning, a minibar, a coffee machine, and free toiletries. The fitness center was great for a workout. Breakfast offered plenty of healthy options like eggs and fresh fruit. Service was excellent with helpful staff available.

I had a wonderful stay, particularly enjoying the cozy bed and the superb breakfast spread, although the noisy street was a bit bothersome at night.

The rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of food. The hotel is easy to access and has great parking. We enjoyed exploring the nearby city and checking out Montserrat. I definitely recommend this place for a group getaway!
